Hey, the site is alive! 👋 After way too many tabs open and one too many config tweaks, this blog is finally up. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, having a small corner of the internet that’s actually mine, not buried inside someone else’s platform. I went with Hugo and the PaperMod theme. Clean, fast, no database or hosting issue. Why Hugo though? Honestly? I didn’t want to deal with a CMS. I write in Markdown anyway, so the whole flow just clicked, edit a file, push, and the article is live. Hugo builds the entire site in under a second which is the best part what I liked the most. ...
